In European Projects, we communicate science and research, design user experiences, and provide consultancy in European Union–funded programs. We are growing and already have more than 50 projects. Therefore, we are looking to expand our team of project managers.
your challenge
- Management of European projects and consultancy in European funding
- Management of communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities for European projects
- Coordination with LOBA’s creative, marketing, and web teams to create communication assets
- Analysis of funding opportunities
- Preparation of European project proposals
- Finding new partnerships and networking opportunities
what we are looking for in you
- Higher education in International Relations, Communication Sciences, International Studies, Engineering, or similar
- Experience in European Projects (preferred)
- Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory) and French (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, creative, and a team player
- Willingness to travel (mandatory)

Design and participation in communication projects, namely Branding, Social Media and Editorial, including the preparation of storyboards for motion, among others

your challenge
Ensure the technical success of each project by defining robust architectures, validating code, and implementing best practices. You will be the guardian of technological excellence, ensuring our solutions are scalable, efficient, and innovative.
what you will do
- Understand the project goals and the client’s needs, translate them into functional requirements, and support the transformation into “stories” that can be coded and implemented.
- Produce deliverables such as functional documentation, flows and processes, context diagrams, use cases, etc.
- Monitor and support the technical team in line with the project schedule, ensuring compliance with requirements and planning.
- Implement business rules in Salesforce.
what we are looking for in you
- Degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or similar.
- Experience in analyst roles or project management.
- Knowledge in programming.
- Ability to design/adapt solutions that address real client needs.
- Strong writing, communication, commercial orientation, organization, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
