What You'll Do

  • Define and lead integrated digital strategies, always driven by business objectives.
  • Balance performance, organic, and creative to foster sustainable growth.
  • Act as the bridge between the brand's macro vision and the technical execution of campaigns.
  • Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a focus on impact and results.
  • Support business development with innovative and strategic digital proposals.

What We'll Look For

  • A degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, Economics, or a related field (a postgraduate degree or master’s in Digital Marketing or Business Strategy is a plus).
  • Solid experience (+8 years) in brand strategy and digital marketing, with a proven track record in business growth and development.
  • The ability to transform strategic objectives into clear, measurable, and executable digital plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), analytics, and digital tools.
  • A keen interest in innovation and new trends, especially where AI and marketing intersect.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Certifications from Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM, automation, and integrating digital tools.
  • Experience in international markets.
