Adelino Silva


Since the year 2000, brand communication and its relationship with customers is the drive that I have in all projects. Having LOBA Clients happy is important, but more importantly, our customers' customers need to be happy. 

I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering that I value a lot for the pragmatism that it brought me, and I've complemented this degree with training in Management.

At LOBA, I am in charge of the management of Clients and Human Resources. I always try to bring my pragmatic side, but, at the same time, I try to be as empathetic as I can. I am dedicated and focused, with great team spirit and an enormous passion for sports as a way to challenge and overcome myself.
