The new Cookii concentrates various domestic appliances in a single appliance, enabling us to prepare a variety of meals through more than 15 functions, like grating, kneading, grinding or cooking, for example. And, it was based on this versatility (a feature so very present in this new machine) that we kicked off the development of the new website. This kick-off was based on two key aspects: that of showing the product's potential, its features and appealing to its sale; and the Cookii community experience, where recipes developed for the machine are shared.
The delineated goals pointed to the development of an assertive, strong and distinctive digital communication, that would help to position the new kitchen robot of the Flama brand in the competitive and challenging food market, and that would represent the values that distinguish the new Cookii: innovation, easy user and versatility.
In visual terms, the major challenge was to bring the dynamics and creativity of the moment of cooking to the visual field. The circle, that is part of the visual concept, is a predominant element throughout the entire website, representing various aspects linked to the kitchen: plates, some foods, the round shape of the burner rings of the traditional kitchen stove, as well as the buttons of kitchen robots.
In order to emphasise the premium and fun side, 2 types of predominant colours were used; darker colours conferring a more technological appearance showing the product's potential and a fresher look, in which white prevails to further strengthen and highlight the recipes of the Cookii community.
