The Zoho Academy will provide you with practical skills in Zoho, one of the most comprehensive business software platforms.

You’ll learn how to optimise the CRM to maximise business performance and automate tasks, create and interpret dashboards for better decision-making, and get an introduction to programming applied to CRM, analytics and automation.

Throughout the academy, you’ll develop an individual project to put these skills into practice.

CRM: You will master Zoho CRM, from managing clients and sales to automating processes, reports and dashboards for strategic decisions.

2Analytics: You will gain the skills to collect, prepare and visualise data from various Zoho sources, creating interactive reports and dashboards for in-depth analysis.

3Creator: You will learn to develop customised applications, automate workflows and integrate data using Zoho Creator.

4Programming: An introduction to programming in Zoho that will enable you to become more autonomous.

Prerequisites

Academic Background: Higher Technical Course (CTESP), recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Engineering, Management, Marketing, or similar.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming or business.

Passion for Technology: Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for the digital world.

Trainee profile

Individuals aspiring to build a career at LOBA: recent graduates seeking a solid and practical entry into the job market; professionals transitioning their career into the technology sector.

Professionals who already use Zoho in their daily work and are looking to maximise the platform’s potential by automating tasks and gaining greater autonomy and agility in their routines.

Based on participation and engagement in the sessions.

2Presentation of an individual project to apply and deepen what you have learned, which you will develop throughout the Academy. Submission is due by 27th September, with the presentation to follow thereafter.

The training fee per participant is €1815 + VAT.

We have 10 exclusive and free places available for future LOBA talents. This free training, with the possibility of an employment contract, is aimed at those seeking a career with us.

By securing one of the 10 exclusive positions for future LOBA talents, and if your performance and values align with our culture, you may have the opportunity to join our team with an employment contract at the end of the training.

This training is an investment in you and your development, so we seek a mutual commitment. Our goal is for this experience to be the start of a shared journey. Therefore, your dedication and performance during the programme are crucial.

This training is free for those who intend to build that future with us. However, suppose, in the end, you choose to pursue a different path. In that case, a fee of €2000 will apply, corresponding to the investment made in your training.
