Parras Wines: CRM Implementation with Salesforce

The goal was to provide a tool that allowed the centralization of all the customers' information and that could be used by a team spread across several continents, working in different languages and currencies.

The option that better suited this challenge was the Sales Cloud application by our partner Salesforce.
