In the case of the city of Turin, the focus area is "Preventing Juvenile Delinquency," and the idea is to support collaborative decision-making in producing interventions to address juvenile delinquency issues and enable evidence-based intervention.

LOBA has been challenged to develop the visual identity for this tool, as well as PowerPoint and Word templates to help in promoting and understanding the tool.
