Toptoner: eCommerce with WooCommerce and WordPress

Toptoner is an online store specialising in office supplies and equipment, offering a wide range of materials, from paper and ink cartridges to toners and personalised items. With its own recycling unit, the brand is committed to sustainability, providing efficient and eco-friendly solutions to meet customers' needs.

The solution was developed using WordPress, with WooCommerce as the eCommerce platform. The project focused on creating a product catalogue tailored to the needs of both registered and non-registered customers.

Implemented features

• Product Catalogue: Available in PDF format for all users, with category filters. For registered customers, the catalogue is interactive, allowing them to view prices, check availability, and add products to the shopping cart.
• Reserved Area: We developed a reserved area for registered customers, where they can access order history, check their account balance, and view invoices. Automatic alerts for payments and product reorders were also implemented.
• Cart and Order Management: For registered customers, the shopping cart is automatically converted into an order, managed through the back office. For non-registered users, the cart allows conversion into a quotation request.

This new website not only modernised the interface and functionality of Toptoner's site but also optimised product management and the shopping experience for customers. The integration of catalogue management tools and personalised features for registered users represents a significant advancement in Toptoner's digital strategy.
