- Define sales objectives through intelligent precisions;
- Consult information present in other systems.
360º Vision
This project has allowed Tintex to have a 360º vision of each client and business. For this, we integrated Outlook with Salesforce in order to have all the email history and also with the leading textile ERP, MacWin to have access to all the information about:
- Customers;
- Products;
- Orders;
- Invoicing.
Lead Capture
In order to optimize the presence and manage the productivity of Tintex in events, we developed a module for managing events and trade fairs which allows:
- Creation of leads;
- Creation of orders;
- Registration and mailing of samples.
