Mar Shopping, a shopping centre in Matosinhos, regularly ran customer loyalty campaigns. However, it used a limited local system with few customisation options and difficulties maintaining a centralised and up-to-date record of customers and campaigns.

- Continuous development and personalisation of campaigns;
- Automation and optimisation of promotional campaign management;
- Development of a dynamic microsite for each campaign;
- Providing customers with access to their profiles, submission history, and the status of invoices/vouchers;
- Improving the customer experience by allowing them to track the status of their entries and raffles.
