BUILD seeks to deepen the understanding of person-centred integrated care (PC-IC) by mapping and analysing existing ecosystems across Europe and identifying their regulatory frameworks and current challenges. The project’s main activities include mapping and analysing integrated care ecosystems, conducting a transnational study on social inequalities in integrated care, co-designing PC-IC solutions, and identifying promising policies.

Expected outcomes include a toolbox with tools and a better understanding of practical solutions for integrating health and social care systems.
