BIAS: Promotional Video

To create the BIAS video, we built upon the ideas developed for the project's branding and website, such as visual elements and the use of real people's images.

This promotional video addresses the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the job market and the potential biases and prejudices present in the algorithms used. BIAS is a project funded by the European Union, consisting of nine organizations from different countries, with the goal of empowering the AI and Human Resources Management community to address and mitigate algorithmic biases.

We wanted to highlight the importance of creating a fair and equal job market for everyone, inviting people to join the mission of the BIAS project in creating trustworthy AI.

With this video, we were able to effectively demonstrate the project's objectives and the benefits for participants, creating an engaging narrative tailored to all target audiences of the project.
