Through this hands-on training, you’ll learn how to configure and manage Salesforce CRM, create custom reports and dashboards, automate sales and customer service processes, and integrate the platform with other essential business tools — all based on best administration practices.

In addition, each participant will develop an individual project, applying the knowledge gained to the reality of their organisation. At the end, you’ll benefit from a personalised one-to-one mentoring and consultancy session to ensure the solutions implemented are fully aligned with your company’s specific goals.

The Salesforce Admin Academy was designed to equip you with best practices in Salesforce management, helping you make the most of the world’s #1 CRM.

Throughout the training, you will learn how to optimise processes, automate tasks, and turn data into strategic decisions that drive your business growth.

During the academy, you will have the opportunity to develop an individual project, which can be based on your company’s reality, applying the knowledge acquired practically.

Salesforce Ecosystem Fundamentals: Introduction to the Salesforce ecosystem and its main clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing); essential concepts: objects, records, permissions, layouts, automations.

2Data Management and Customer Relationship: Management of leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities; sales lifecycle within Salesforce; configuration of the Customer Support Console. 
3Custom Reports and Dashboards + Imports: Creation and customisation of reports; use of filters, groupings and formulas; building dashboards; data import and update. 
4Automation and App Builder: Process automation with Flow, Process Builder and Workflow Rules; creation of custom apps with App Builder; dynamic layouts and Lightning components. 
5Integrations and Agentforce: Introduction to integration with other Salesforce tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Slack, Tableau); best security practices, user management and ongoing administration; configuration of Agentforce (Activation, Concepts and Testing); features of Sales Cloud Einstein and Service Cloud Einstein Readiness & ROI Estimation Report.
6Consulting and Mentoring Session: Individual follow-up of up to 1 hour to apply the knowledge to each trainee’s company context.

Professionals who already use Salesforce CRM in their daily work and are looking to maximise the platform’s potential by automating tasks and gaining greater autonomy and efficiency in their routines.

Theoretical and practical sessions.

2Development of an individual project throughout the academy to put learning into practice.
3A one-to-one consultancy and mentoring session (up to 1 hour and 30 minutes) to help apply the knowledge to each participant’s business reality.

The training fee per participant is €1910 + VAT.

The course will only take place if a minimum number of participants is reached. Payment should only be made after confirmation that the training will go ahead.

The fee includes meals during the in-person sessions.
